Workshop Transfers

If you cannot attend your booked workshop, you may transfer your booking to another available workshop date up to 7 days before the original workshop date, subject to availability and any price differences.

2. Digital Course Refunds

For digital courses and online content:

  • 30-day guarantee: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Content access limit: Refund available if less than 25% of content accessed
  • Satisfaction guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our educational content

3. Cancellations by Marse Photo

Workshop Cancellations

If we need to cancel a workshop due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Venue unavailability
  • Force majeure events

You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date at no additional cost.
