Workshop bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details, location, and preparation instructions.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in EUR or GBP based on workshop location
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit and debit cards

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Workshop Cancellations

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14+ days before the workshop date
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7-13 days before the workshop date
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
